Game Day Sales – selling programs, cement foxes, 50/50 and FC logo flags on game day.  Set up and selling begins about 5:30pm. and lasts till halftime. Only home varsity games.

Apparel Sales – selling FC logo clothing, blankets, hats at a table during both JV and Varsity games.  Set up and selling begins about 6pm. Friday and 9:30am Sat.

Car Wash – organizing hoses, buckets, power washers etc. Sign up for the kids and being there on the actual day.

Concessions – Helping  setup, selling and clean up for the game concession stand. It takes at least 10 people every home varsity game and 2 people JV home games.    There is grilling and basic selling. Generally varsity parents help set up and then younger parents do the game-time work.

Game Day Program – Organizing the sale of ads for the program. The players are assigned the same ads as last year and the freshmen last year’s graduating seniors’ ads. Collecting the ads and keeping track of the funds requires use of Excel spreadsheet. This work is done in June, July and August.

Golf Outing – sponsors, tee sponsors, publicity, location, date, gifts, golfers, etc. At least a committee of six who have been involved in outings before. The event should take place in the summer.

We Believe – the fund raising letter sent out to 10 sponsors by each player. Printing the Letter, distributing to players, collecting, mailing and organizing incoming funds. Most work is done in August.

Thursday Night Dinners – a class dinner held at the house of a player in that class four different Thursday nights early in the season.  One family in each grade volunteers their home and other parents may assist.

Team Bonding – organizing team events – bowling, wings night and/or Pirate game. Also involves away game tailgates.

Game Day Meals – most are done by the cafeteria staff. However, last year we brought in homemade food and the kids were thrilled. With a few volunteers, we can do that again.

Kickoff Picnic –  Organize feeding the boys at the  field house before heading to a different location for  the meeting. Send out invites and collect RSVPs.

Senior Night –  same as parents’ night, except for seniors only. We usually have a cake at the restaurant.

Post Away Game Snack – both JV and varsity games. The varsity volunteers makes arrangement with a sub shop/Wendys to have food and drink on the bus before departure on Friday afternoons. The jv volunteers need to do the same Sat am.

Training Camp Meals – approx 6 people daily prep a snack for the 120 players and coaches for the mid day meal of two a day camp. Requires approx 1hr       (4pm-5pm) on the eight days of camp.

Video – films game sidelines and action shots on all varsity game days. Shots are used for highlight video. This year we would also like a still photographer on game day.  At least 3 or 4 volunteers per game.

Monte Carlo Night – organize a night at the races, sponsors, etc. A volunteer team of at least 6 people. A date has not been picked.
